What is the equivalent resistance between points A and B?
The most important part of this problem is to understand what type of connections we have in the circuit. The voltage drops across all three resistors are the same, which means that the resistors are connected in parallel. This can be also understood if we redraw the circuit as shown in figure below.
Now we can clearly see that all resistors are connected in parallel. We can easily find the equivalent resistance from the following expression (see figure below)
